Dr. jenn Murff

Dr. Jenn Murff  has been named among of the top 100 Influential Evangelical Leaders you Ought to Know in the country for her work and research on the Millennial generation. She is the president of Millennials for Marriage, a faith-based non-profit that works to change the Millennial generation’s distorted perspectives on marriage and the family.  Murff’s research and writings on marriage, education, motherhood, and the family have been cited by The Christian Post, Christian Broadcasting Network, Christianity Today, Institute on Religion and Democracy, the Institute for Family Studies to name a few. 

As an expert on Millennials, she found that millennials are abandoning marriage at an alarming rate and this could have devastating effects on the future of our nation. For society to prosper, we need thriving communities, healthy churches, and growing families that are held together by strong and committed covenantal marriages. 

In addition, she serves as an adjunct professor at Regent University and The King's University. She is a proud wife and homeschool mother of four.

Justin Murff

For more than 15 years, Justin Murff has worked as a development and media executive. He has executive-produced hundreds of live national TV/radio simulcast productions. At age 26, Justin became one of the youngest network television executives in the country when he co-launched the nation's first free-to-air business and entrepreneurship TV channel, Biz TV, in more than 35 million households. Before joining, Justin served as the minister of generosity at First Baptist Dallas and as the international grants and foundations manager for the Christian Broadcasting Network, where he also served as CBN's official envoy to the Vatican. He is a graduate of Regent University with an MA in government and international relations and a graduate certificate in political management. He holds a BA in theology with an emphasis on homiletics, having studied at Criswell College in Dallas and Bibleschule Bodenseehof in Germany. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society for the Arts and Sciences in the U.K. He is married to Dr. Jennifer Murff, and they have four daughters.

Dr. Kathleen Patterson

Dr. Kathleen Patterson currently serves as a Professor and the Director of the Doctor of Strategic Leadership program in the School of Business & Leadership at Regent University, where she has been since 1999. Dr. Patterson is noted as an expert on servant leadership. She coordinates an annual Servant Leadership Research Roundtable on the east coast in Virginia Beach, where both scholars and practitioners meet together to engage in servant leadership discourse. She has also co-coordinated three Global Servant Leadership Research Roundtables, in the Netherlands, Australia, and Iceland. Dr. Patterson is involved in numerous consulting projects locally, nationally and abroad. Additionally she sits on the board of directors for the Larry C. Spears Center, CareNet, and Millennials for Marriage.
